"Nutritionist-created meals by Sarah Challen B. Hlth Sci (Nutritional Medicine).

Sarah’s belief that “every mouthful is medicine” is echoed in the fresh and nourishing meals created in her kitchens. Inspiration is taken from seasonal produce, urban farming and foraging, current food trends, and a diverse array of therapeutic philosophies: including Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda. Locally sourced produce from organic farmers in Uki and surrounds will be the centrepiece of meals cooked for the retreat; carefully prepared to nourish, nurture and sustain participants. You can see more of Sarah's creations on her social media pages.

    FAQ
I’ve never practiced Yoga before can I still participate in this retreat?
Absolutely! We cater for absolute newbees to intermediate Yogis. We find a level suited to you and guide you through your own personal Journey.
What kind of accommodation is it?
Our retreat venue offers 20 Eco Deluxe double rooms, which are all equipped with luxury 5 star eco inner sprung latex topped single or king beds. All bedding, manchester and room furnishings have been carefully selected to meet biodynamic or organic certification standards. Each room includes its own shower and toilet.
Can I book into the day Spa?
There will be scheduled time throughout your stay that the Day Spa will be available for treatment bookings. Set in lush surroundings, the Day Spa compliments the retreat venue offering guests with a sauna, steam-room, plunge pool and contemporary hydrotherapy spa experience. The Day Spa also offers a range of certified organic facial, body treatments and massages, a wonderful way to compliment your retreat experiences.
    What are creative discovery Workshops?
Creative Discovery workshops incorporate positive psychology exercises, coaching guidance, meditation and creative elements such as drawing, painting, and nature collage. Creative expression (even without a single creative bone in your body) is a way to explore the subconscious without trying too hard to find the words in those busy brains. The workshops are fun and engaging and especially non-judgmental. These are not pretty pictures to hang on your walls (but feel free if you wish!). These exercises are fundamentally your story and your journey. The participants feel a deep connection to themselves and others in the group through their connections to the art.
What time does the retreat start?
You can arrive any time from after 2pm on the Friday to get yourself settled and organized. There will be some activities on Friday afternoon and a Yoga class before our first meal together. If you can't get off work the whole day, just let us know and you can arrive later in the afternoon/evening and still enjoy most of the retreat activities.
    When does the retreat finish?
Retreat will finish mid-afternoon on Sunday.
    Where is the retreat located?
