During a Yoga session you will work through a series of postures (Asanas) and techniques designed to loosen, strengthen, tone, stretch and relax your body.

Beginning with a relaxation meditation you will be guided to gather yourself and become present in the room in preparation for your practice. The class will then be instructed through some Pranayama (breathing techniques) to help gain awareness of your breath and revitalise your body.
This will be followed by some gentle stretching to warm up the body before moving onto some more challenging and strengthening Asanas.

All of the Asanas have various levels to them allowing each student to work to their own level and ability, remaining comfortable and safe throughout the class.
Finally the class will finish with a relaxation meditation so that each student can leave the class feeling fresh and relaxed.
